Sindura.

Harvest season

Typically May to July [Season window to be confirmed]

Sindura (also written Sindoora or Sindhura) is known for its red-blushed skin and deep orange flesh. In processed form it delivers strong natural colour and a pronounced sweetness that can reduce the need for added sugar in a formulation.

It works well in dairy, dessert and ice-cream applications where the mango needs to read visually as well as on the palate, and it can be blended with lighter varieties to deepen the colour of a finished product.
