The Variety

Totapuri.

Harvest season

Typically May to July [Season window to be confirmed]

Totapuri is the variety behind most large-volume mango beverages. Its clean, mildly tart profile and bright yellow colour blend predictably, making it the practical base for nectars, RTD drinks and blended formulations.

The same fruit is also offered as a concentrate: after pulping, water is evaporated to raise the Brix. A higher-Brix concentrate means less volume and weight shipped and stored for the same amount of fruit solids — a meaningful saving on long-haul and export programmes.
